Clay ThomsonClay Thomson
President, High Country Line Construction

Mr. Thomson has worked in the high voltage electrical construction industry since 1988. His experience includes constructing several large, electric high voltage projects. Throughout his career, Mr. Thomson has held positions ranging from apprentice lineman to president. His expertise includes extensive use of helicopters (heavy-lift and side pull) to aid in construction, working on environmentally sensitive projects and developing innovative construction techniques to meet the needs of the project.

At High Country, his focus is on safety and oversight of the physical construction efforts on our projects. His direct reports include project managers and superintendents and he institutes all training, safety and quality control programs for our projects. Mr. Thomson also assists with business development, subcontractor relations, owner relations, contract management and estimating projects from conception through completion.


Kelley LangeKelley Lange
Vice President, High Country Line Construction

In 2004, Mr. Lange began his career in the construction industry,  managing safe and quality jobs across the country. Throughout his career, Mr. Lange has held positions ranging from assistant superintendent to estimating/project manager and vice president. His experience includes establishing required safety protocol, setting up logistics and safety culture expectations.

At High Country, his focus is on operations and work acquisition. His direct reports include project managers and estimators, he institutes all training, safety and quality control programs for High Country projects. Mr. Lange also assists with business development, subcontractor relations, owner relations, contract management and estimating projects from conception through completion.
