High Country’s scope of work included more than 500 yards of piers and slabs in a greenfield 138/34.5kV substation, thirteen transmission line foundations, the addition of 13 miles of 1272 Bittern to existing energized circuit, and 11 miles of new 1272 Bittern single circuit line with OPGW.
